I was speaking to my friends a lot of times about cheaters. I was thinking about methods how they could solve cheating but I never came up with something useful. But then one of my friends said that Valve should ban video cards's serial number. I was thinking about this a lot and I couldn't see any problem with this. It can stop smurfing if you can only have one Steam account or you can only have CS:GO 1 time on any of your accounts/video card. It certainly stops cheaters because maybe you have a spare shitty graphics card, and you get banned from that card with your steam account, but I'm pretty sure that at least 95% of the cheaters are not that desperate to keep buying video cards just for cheating. So is there any problems with this method? Because maybe I'm an idiot and can't see the obvious answer for this, but I literally can't think of anything wrong with this method.
