Unrecoverable fault please restart the game

so i am having some trouble launching GTA V normally now. I use the mod manager and now whenever i disable it and launch via the gta online button it gives me the unrecoverable fault error. Redgate sql compare 12.

I'm not sure if this helps in anyway but i also recently had just fixed up my PC after getting a virus and did a system restore which restored it to a few hours earlier (last time i played gta v was on Tuesday). Then i did a scan through windows defender and malware bytes and removed the rest of the virus.
